PROCUREMENT

Arrange all aspects of the property purchase, including:

  • Engaging and liaising with a solicitor on the appropriate ownership structure
  • Arranging sale/purchase agreements and all legal requirements
  • Carrying out all aspects of purchase negotiations and completing all statutory applications, including Overseas Investment Office (OIO) applications
  • Overseeing and arranging all aspects of the hand-over
  • Arranging the purchase of all capital items, including livestock, plant, machinery, vehicles and chattels
  • Setting immediate policies, goals and objectives and recommending the same for the longer term
  • Completing initial budgetary/financial planning and ongoing management requirements
  • Engaging competent project personnel

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION

A total ongoing management service would include, for a farm property:
